"Martin was very polite and very helpful. He listened to my description of the situation I have with my wife's collection of paperwork left over in her office. She retired from being an active realtor close to 3 years ago but there hasn't been any urgency to purge the portion of the office that she worked from. Martin was patient as I explained that the office was on the 2nd floor and accessible by using the outdoor stairway. I explained the need to have the materials brought down to the parking area for disposal. He connected me to a preferred shredding service that explained that they could help. I've used Shred Nation before and was totally satisfied with their service. I'm looking forward to getting this project done soon!!!"
