Ship 'N' Shred: You Box It, FedEx Ships It, We Shred It

Ship N Shred is a unique service where you send off your documents to be shredded. This service limits the work you have to do while ensuring the safety of your information and staying compliant with state and federal privacy laws.

Some businesses, remote offices, and residents don’t produce a large amount to make mobile shredding and offsite shredding necessary. Shipping your documents will be one of the more convenient and affordable methods for thoroughly shredding your papers when it’s only a box or two, and each box typically costs $32. Any shipping costs will be added on at the end.

Our mailback service can handle more than just paper. You can also securely ship and destroy computer hard drives, electronics, pill bottles, x-rays, microfiche and micromedia, disks, cassettes, tapes, and more. You will receive a certificate of destruction when your items are destroyed to ensure compliance.

What Are The Benefits of Ship N Shred?

Convenience

After being arranged and scheduled online, the shredding is picked up from your home or office. There is no need to drive your boxes to a facility.

Security

The mail-back service meets or exceeds all industry standards for destruction and is compliant with FACTA, HIPAA, SOX, and all existing state laws. The entire process can be tracked from start to finish and every box receives a certificate of destruction.

Cost

Since many services charge a flat fee, you can save money since it is paid by the box. At around $32 a box, it is in some cases the cheaper option compared to a drop-off location that charges $1+ per pound.

More Than Paper

Ship N Shred is your one-stop shop for your destruction needs. It allows you to safely handle other materials that may contain sensitive information such as hard drives, pill bottles, electronics, disks, cassettes, tapes, USB drives, microfilm, and more.
