"After purging our office, we had a great deal of paper to shred and and needed it done quickly since it was taking up a huge portion of our office and clients were expected to come in. I called our current paper shredding company 3 times explaining the urgency while they continually wrote me off, kept me on long holds and never returned my call. I called Shred Nation and was immediately connected with Martin who was easy to understand, articulate and professional rather than sending me to a call center in another country. He answered my questions right away and processed my request which was answered within half an hour. Todd called me to process the pickup the next day (the other company was saying 72 hour turnaround time at best). On top of that, he was able to cut our monthly shredding fee cost in half without even finding out what the other company charged. He was honest, professional and handled the matter urgently which was what we needed and was greatly appreciated. Contrary to our current shredding company, there were no extra fees. Things I wish I knew before calling Shred Nation was that you don't have to take off all the paper clips and binder clips before shredding because our other company requested that which was a process that took hours and I was super happy to know for the future that this was not an issue and would save us loads of time. After being ready to pull my hair out with our current paper shredding company (who is a big name in the industry) I was relieved to know there are still companies out there who care for their customers and value customer service."
