i-SIGMA is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. i-SIGMA's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies. As a member of an organization founded on increasing the security and ethics of the information destruction industry members are held to a strict code of ethics.

Our Areas of Expertise

Seeing a need for Amarillo, in 2002 a local entrepreneur, Eddie Scott, approached Bill McCarty, owner of McCarty Hull, with the idea of a document shredding and storage business. Eddie had been approached by Steve Gandy of Midland. Steve thought Amarillo needed a company that specialized in meeting the new demands of security in the paper destruction business. When the company’s original concept was born, McCarty Hull had a fleet of trucks that could be utilized to first make sure there was such a need in the area. Document Shredding and Storage, DSS, quickly stood on its own outgrowing the original concept. Muff London has worked with this successful team since inception, but officially joined the partnership as an owner in 2006.
