After you are matched with your document shredding provider, an email is sent to you containing details of the request.
At the bottom of the email, there is a clickable link that will take you directly to the review page, as shown below.
The link will take you to the review page where you can choose between 1-5 stars (5 for excellent service) along with a message.
Submit the review once you’re finished.
