Who should use Shred Now

Businesses and homes with 6 to 15 file boxes (180 - 450 lbs.) to shred. If you have less than 5 boxes (150 lbs.) we recommend Express Destruction and if you have more than 16 boxes (480 lbs.) or you need on-going service please fill out a quote request.

How Shred Now works

1. Count up the file boxes you need shredded.
2. Order your shredding at 800.747.3365.
3. Within a business day a shredding contractor will call to schedule your shredding.
4. You will be given a certificate of destruction at the time of the shredding.
    

Common Questions

1. How much does it cost?
   It is $99.50 for up to 9 boxes and $7.00 for each additional box.
2. How big is a file box?
   A file box is 10" x 12" by 15." It holds 30 pounds of paper when full. It is roughly the same size as case boxes for paper.
3. When will they come to do the shredding?
   The shredding is scheduled within one business day and the shredding is performed within 2 business days.
4. Do you offer mobile shredding?
   Shredding is picked up at your location and taken to a secure shredding plant. Extra charges will apply for mobile shredding service and is not available for residential areas.
5. What do you do with the shredded paper?
   The shredded paper is recycled.
