The FTC has issued their final ruling against Nations Title Agency, Inc. Nations Title is guilty of throwing their customer's information in the trash. The information was discovered by a local television station.

So what is the penalty for not shredding? A marriage to the FTC for the next 20 years. Every other year from now until 2026 an independent investigator will be digging around Nations Title to make sure they are shredding all the personal information they collect.
